Dundonald DevelopmentAs well as the adult team, Bob and assistant coach, Oral Williams, created a formidable partnership to set up Dundonald Development. This local initiative is a dedicated and qualified football coaching scheme led by experienced FA affiliated coaches, spending school holidays developing players as footballers on the pitch and ambassadors who show aptitude and well-balance character through their lives off the pitch, long after the whistle has blown. Their motto ‘Teaching through Football’ encapsulates a moral philosophy: building bridges to bring together all races, cultures, and genders in the name of equality.
